Summer House

Our Summer Houses are easy to construct and are delivered to your door in kit form, all you need to do is build it or hire someone to do this for you.  The kits are supplied with everything you need to make the Summer House weather tight and include primed composite external cladding .

The aim at BC Bespoke is to make stylish affordable products that are easy to build, we have used this very same construction method to build our office in our workshop. 

The Summer Houses are so versatile and they can be used all year round as they are fully insulated and supplied with UPVC windows and doors.  The first thing that you need to do is decide upon the location you want to install your house and then select a model from our range.

The windows and doors are supplied in grey  The picture shown has optional a Cedar cladding façade.

The kit includes:

• SIPs panels and Jointing Splines
• Construction Timber 
• uPVC Door or Aluminium Bi-fold  
• Screws & Fixings
• External breathable membrane
• EPDM Roof covering
• External Composite Cladding Panels
• Drip Cills and Corner Flashings for all elevations

We offer the option of paying a 40% deposit on all Summer Houses, with a final payment the day before dispatch.  Please see our FAQ's below for more information.
